THE BEGINNINGS OF A PRESTIGE BRAND

The origins of SAS are back in 1989, when the company initiates its activities in Almacelles (Lleida), using the social denomination COMPAÑÍA DE AGROQUÍMICOS, S.A. (CODA). Thanks to the extensive experience of the President and founding associate, Mr. Antonio Justribó Baradad, - present in the agricultural sector for more than 30 years-, to the good role played by our young and dynamical team of professionals, and to our way of understanding the agriculture; innovation, quality and an agile response to the demands of the market we have obtained a rapid international expansion and an excellent reception of our concept of nutrition and vegetable health.

In the present time, SAS is a company leader on the Spanish market as well as on different Latin-American markets, also we are present on the demanding markets of Middle East and of the North of Africa. The constant preoccupation for satisfying a market of high technological level and in permanent evolution has made SAS a symbol of quality and leadership that has been maintained from its birth.

What we do

SAS is a product manufacturer for agricultural soils improvement, selective nutrition and prevention of the sanitary state of the plants, all with the highest quality and effectiveness. We have innovative products that allow optimizing quality and yield in all type of crops.

SAS keeps working in the continuous development of its own technology for the processing, extraction and stabilization of active matters. Most of them come from renewable sources and natural origin.

Being conscious of the environmental problem that the agriculture intensification causes in many cases, SAS has developed respectful nutrition products, under the motto of Maximum efficiency & minimum residuals; developed to support the farmers who chooses a more sustainable agriculture, without resigning to the yield.

Our ecological line of products fulfills the European standars according to Regulation (the EEC) 2092/91 and its later modifications, and is recognized and certified by a prestigious European certifier.

The products cover the necessities of the crop and its environment, providing an optimal state that prevents the development of diseases and increases the resistance before the possible plagues attack it.

Finally, SAS has at the moment a team of 22 Engineers who are formed and focused to provide the best assistance and technical advising in the suitable use of our products as well as in the general handling of the cultures.
